Terms of Service
欢迎您使用Running Race！
您应当阅读并遵守《Running Race服务条款》（以下简称“本条款”）。请您务必审慎阅读、充分理解各条款内容，特别是免除或者限制责任的条款、管辖与法律适用条款。您使用Running Race的服务即视为您已阅读并同意本条款的约束。
如果您未满18周岁，请在法定监护人的陪同下阅读并接受本条款。
一、账号与安全
1.1 使用Running Race需要注册一个账号，您的手机号码就是您的账号，在初次使用时您会收到免费发送的短信验证码。Running Race目前仅支持中国大陆地区手机号码。您每次退出并重新登录时需要重新获取验证码。短信验证码是您登录的凭据，请勿向其他人泄漏。您应当妥善保管您的手机。因您保管不善造成可能的账号被盗，责任由您自行承担。
1.2 特别提醒，当您更换手机号码时，请您务必在软件的 设置->安全隐私->更改绑定手机号码 中变更您的手机号。变更后您的所有资料将与新手机号码绑定，原号码即时作废。
1.3 您应当自行配备使用Running Race所需的手机、电脑、网络等设施。
二、个人信息保护
2.1 您在注册帐号或使用本服务的过程中，可能需要填写一些必要的信息。若国家法律法规有特殊规定的，您需要填写真实的身份信息。若您填写的信息不完整，则无法使用本服务或在使用过程中受到限制。
2.2 通常情况下，您可以随时修改您的信息。关于修改注册手机号码，请参看本条款1.2。
2.3 Running Race将运用各种安全技术和程序建立完善的管理制度来保护您的个人信息，以免遭受未经授权的访问、使用或披露。
2.4 Running Race不会将您的个人信息转移或披露给任何非关联的第三方，除非：
(1) 相关法律法规或法院、政府机关要求；
(2) 为完成合并、分立、收购或资产转让而转移；
(3) 为提供您要求的服务所必需。
三、使用方式
3.1 本服务仅为您个人非商业使用。
3.2 您依据本条款使用Running Race服务的权利不可转让。由转让给他人使用所造成的一切损失与纠纷，由您自行承担责任。
3.3 您不得使用未经Running Race授权的第三方工具、插件、外挂等对本条款的服务进行干扰、破坏、修改等。
3.4 Running Race将在现有技术和条件所能达到的状态下，确保为您提供的服务的一致性、连贯性、安全性。但不能随时预见和防范不可抗力所造成的风险，包括但不限于法律、技术、自然灾害、病毒、黑客攻击、政府行为等。
四、知识产权
4.1 本软件的开发使用了第三方工具和服务。本软件的地图、天气、新闻等服务也使用了第三方服务。相关服务知识产权归属第三方。
4.2 本软件自我开发部分的知识产权归属Running Race。
五、用户违法行为
5.1 发布、传送、传播、储存危害国家安全统一、破坏社会稳定、违反公序良俗、侮辱、诽谤、淫秽、暴力以及任何违反国家法律法规的内容；
5.2 发布、传送、传播、储存侵害他人知识产权、商业秘密等合法权利的内容；
5.3 恶意虚构事实、隐瞒真相以误导、欺骗他人；
5.4 发布、传送、传播广告信息及垃圾信息；
5.5 其他法律法规禁止的行为。
5.6 如果您造成了以上违法行为，Running Race将可能会对您提起公诉，或向国家相关机关提供您违法行为的证据协助调查。由此造成的您个人的损失、Running Race的损失以及第三方的损失，均由您承担。
六、条款的生效
6.1 您使用Running Race的服务即视为您已阅读本条款并接受本条款的约束。
6.2 本条款变更后，如果您继续使用Running Race提供的软件或服务，即视为您已接受修改后的条款。如果您不接受修改后的条款，应当停止使用。
七、服务的变更、终止
7.1 Running Race可能会对服务内容进行变更、终止服务。
7.2 Running Race在发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让时，可向第三方转让本服务下相关资产。转让会以提前通知的方式在软件中送达您知晓。
7.3 如果您触发了用户违法行为，Running Race可不经由通知立即终止对您提供的服务。
7.4 如果您的服务被终止，您的资料将可能被永久性的从服务器删除。
八、管辖与法律适用
8.1 本条款的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决，适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。

Welcome to Running Race!
You should read and abide by the "Running Race Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, jurisdiction and applicable laws. Your use of Running Race's services means that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
If you are under the age of 18, please read and accept these terms with your legal guardian.
1. Account and Security
1.1 To use Running Race, you need to register an account. Your mobile phone number is your account. You will receive a free SMS verification code when you first use it. Running Race currently only supports mobile phone numbers in mainland China. You need to get the verification code every time you log out and log in again. The SMS verification code is your login credentials, please do not disclose it to others. You should take good care of your mobile phone. If your account is stolen due to improper storage, you are solely responsible for it.
1.2 Special reminder, when you change your mobile phone number, please be sure to change your mobile phone number in the software settings -> security and privacy -> change bound mobile phone number. After the change, all your information will be bound to the new mobile phone number, and the original number will be invalid immediately.
1.3 You should equip yourself with the mobile phone, computer, internet and other facilities needed to use Running Race.
2. Personal Information Protection
2.1 In the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special regulations in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in the true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during use.
2.2 Generally, you can modify your information at any time. Regarding the modification of the registered mobile phone number, please refer to Clause 1.2.
2.3 Running Race will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
2.4 Running Race will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any unaffiliated third party unless:
(1) Relevant laws and regulations or requirements of courts and government agencies;
(2) Transfer to complete merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer;
(3) Necessary to provide the service you request.
3. How to use
3.1 This service is for your personal non-commercial use only.
3.2 Your right to use Running Race services in accordance with these terms is not transferable. You are solely responsible for all losses and disputes caused by the transfer to others for use.
3.3 You must not use third-party tools, plug-ins, etc. that are not authorized by Running Race to interfere, destroy, or modify the services of this clause.
3.4 Running Race will ensure the consistency, continuity and safety of the services provided to you under the state that existing technology and conditions can achieve. However, the risks caused by force majeure cannot be foreseen and prevented at any time, including but not limited to laws, technology, natural disasters, viruses, hacker attacks, government actions, etc.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The development of this software uses third-party tools and services. The software's map, weather, news and other services also use third-party services. The intellectual property rights of related services belong to a third party.
4.2 The intellectual property rights of the self-developed part of this software belong to Running Race.
5. user illegal behavior
5.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that endangers national security and unity, disrupts social stability, violates public order and good customs, insults, slanders, obscenity, violence, and any content that violates national laws and regulations;
5.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legal rights of others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;
5.3 Maliciously fabricate facts and conceal the truth to mislead and deceive others;
5.4 Publish, transmit and disseminate advertising information and spam;
5.5 Other actions prohibited by laws and regulations.
5.6 If you cause the above violations, Running Race may prosecute you or provide evidence of your violations to relevant state agencies to assist in the investigation. Your personal losses, Running Race's losses and third-party losses caused by this are all borne by you.
6. Entry into force of the terms
6.1 Your use of Running Race's services is deemed to have read these terms and accepted the constraints of these terms.
6.2 After these terms are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by Running Race, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using it.
7. Service change and termination
7.1 Running Race may change the service content and terminate the service.
7.2 Running Race may transfer relevant assets under this service to a third party in the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer. The transfer will be delivered to you in the software with advance notice.
7.3 If you trigger a user violation, Running Race may immediately terminate the service provided to you without notice.
7.4 If your service is terminated, your information may be permanently deleted from the server.
8. Jurisdiction and application of law
8.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
